Contractor Registration Requirements

  1. All general contractors, subcontractors, or construction managers working on any electrical, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, sewer work, water, septic or sewage disposal systems, storm sewer, concrete, driveway, patio, roadway, roofing, siding, or construction work of any nature and description in the Village must complete a Contractor Registration Form.
  2. Contractor must submit a $1,000,000 certificate of general liability insurance listing the property owner as the additional insured pursuant to a written contract.
  3. The annual fee is fifty dollars ($50.00) check or cash.  No credit/debit cards accepted. $50.00 fee waived for plumbers with submission of state plumbing license.
  4. Plumbers and roofers must provide a copy of valid state license.

Each contractor registration shall be valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issuance.
