Burn Permits.  Return completed and signed form to mderda@villageofkildeer.com, fax (847.438.1531) or in-person.

Building Permits.  Obtain forms or make payments.  Return completed and signed forms to mderda@villageofkildeer.com, fax (847.438.1531) or in person.

Contractor Registration. Anyone, other than a homeowner, providing services pursuant to a building permit must complete and submit a Contractor Registration Form.  Each contractor and all subcontractors on a job must submit a contractor registration form and a $1,000,000 certificate of general liability insurance (COI) listing the property owner as the additional insured pursuant to a written contract.
Plumbers and roofers must provide a copy of valid state license.
The annual fee is fifty dollars ($50.00) payable by check, cash or credit card.
Completed Contractor Registation Forms and COIs can be submitted by mail, in-person or by email to mderda@villageofkildeer.com.

Cash.  Accepted at Village Hall Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m.

Checks.  Accepted at Village Hall Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. or mailed to Village of Kildeer, 21911 Quentin Road, Kildeer, IL 60047

On-Line Credit Card.  Click here to enter the payment portal.  Be sure to check the type of payment being made.  If you are unsure as to which type of payment, check “Miscellaneous Income.”

If you pay on-line you will receive a receipt by email.  If you are coming to Village Hall to pick-up a building permit or yard stickers, please bring a copy of the receipt with you.
