911 service is a 24 hour emergency telephone number that puts you in touch with police, fire or emergency medical service immediately.  It is to be used only in emergency situations.

The Police Department’s non-emergency number is 847-438-6010, 24-hours per day.

The Police Department’s records division can be reached Monday through Friday by calling 847-438-6644 between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:00 pm.

House Watch Program.  Complete our on-line House Watch form to notify the Kildeer Police Department when you will be away.  An officer will call back when the email is received to confirm that the email/house watch was received and is valid.  You can complete the online form by clicking house watch program.  You can also call  847-438-6010 to be placed on the House Watch list.

Fire/Rescue Services

Fire protection and ambulance/paramedic service is provided to Kildeer by two separate Fire Protection Districts.  Residents on the West side of town are serviced by Lake Zurich Rural Fire Protection District.  Residents on the East side of town are serviced by Long Grove Rural Fire Protection District.  To find your specific Fire District, please call the Village Office 847- 438-6000 from 8:00 am – 4:00 pm on Monday – Friday.
