On August 11, 2026 at 7:30 pm the Plan Commission will conduct a public hearing for considering testimony at Kildeer Village Hall at 21911 Quentin Road, Kildeer, IL 60047 with respect to separate proposals for development of Lot 3 and Lot 4 in the Kildeer Crossing Commercial out lot. An El Car Wash is proposed for Lot 3 at 21565 N Rand Road and a Dutch Brothers Coffee Shop is proposed for Lot 4 at 21525 N Rand Road. Plans for each proposal are available for review and copying at Village Hall.
