NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Village of Kildeer Plan Commission/Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct a public hearing on February 13, 2018, beginning at 7.30 P.M. in the Kildeer Village Hall, 21911 Quintin Road, Kildeer, IL 60047. This hearing is being conducted for the purpose of considering and hearing testimony with regard to a proposed amendment to Section 5-10-3 of the Business District of the Zoning Code to include a freestanding drive-through automated teller machine (ATM) as an accessory to a bank or savings institution.
Said amendment is on file and is available for examination at the Kildeer Village Hall, 21911 Quentin Road, Kildeer, Illinois.
All persons interested are invited to attend said hearing and be heard. The public hearing may be continued to another date, time, and place without the publication or delivery of another notice such as this one.

PERMIT AND ANY OTHER NECESSARY RELIEF RELATING TO THE
CONSTRUCTION OF A REMOTE DRIVE UP, FREE-STANDING ATM IN THE
KILDEER VILLAGE SQUARE SHOPPING CENTER DEVELOPMENT
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on February 13, 2018 at 7:30 p.m., a public hearing will be held by the Plan Commission/ Board of Appeals of the Village of Kildeer, Lake County, Illinois, at the Kildeer Village Hall, 21911 Quentin Road, Kildeer, for the purpose of hearing and considering testimony with respect to an application (“Application”) by Consumers Credit Union & DBSI, Inc. for approval of a special use permit for a remote drive up, free-standing ATM (the “Requested SUP”) in the Kildeer Village Square shopping center development, 20393 N Rand Road, Kildeer, IL which is generally located on the northeast side of U.S. Route 12 between the Shops at Kildeer and the Kildeer Marketplace developments, as legally described below (“Shopping Center Property”). The Requested SUP pertains to the following property:
LOT 1 IN THE KILDEER VILLAGE SQUARE SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION IN SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 43 NORTH, RANGE 10 EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED AUGUST 30, 2016 AS DOCUMENT NUMBER 7323846 IN LAKE COUNTY, ILLINOIS; Common Address and P.I.N.: 20393 N. Rand Road, Lot 1 (14-34-401-032)
The Application and the Requested SUP particularly relate to that certain portion of the Shopping Center Property identified as 20413 N Rand Road, Kildeer, IL, Lot 1 of the Kildeer Village Square Subdivision, as depicted on the final plat of subdivision and final site plan approved by Village of Kildeer Ordinance No. 16-O-006 on February 16, 2016. All persons attending the hearing shall have the opportunity to be heard regarding the Application and the Requested SUP. The Application and related documents will be available for inspection at the Kildeer Village Hall, 21911 Quentin Road, Kildeer, Illinois. The public hearing may be adjourned to another date by the Plan Commission/ Board of Appeals without further notice other than a notice entered upon the minutes of said meeting fixing the time and place of its adjournment and reconvening.
